Cash for Clunkers

I have no idea what this is (besides a rip-off of the American taxpayer...again), but my husband is terribly disappointed that our car doesn't qualify.  Not that the program has any money left anyway.  He wants to get some 'free' money to put towards a Cadillac CTS, but that certainly isn't coming before our (increasingly necessary) Toyota Sienna!  <---Not my dream car (which is a Toyota Tundra, if you really wanna know) but supposedly the best family vehicle on the market.

As for Cash for Clunkers, sorry Matty.  If the president has his way, we'll never be able to afford another car!
